Joy Jenkins is both a Master
Trance Channel and Open Channel. She is also co-author of the channeled book, The Path of The Heart, with her
husband William who is in spirit. She has channeled on both coasts since the early eighties under her soul name
Astarte, which was given to her by the Master Guides after becoming one with her soul in her work. She has
extensively studied healing, specializing in the Mastery of Reiki and Magnetic Energy. Formerly, she was the
popular radio co-host on the Spirit Speaks radio show in Philadelphia.
Contacting officials in 2002 thrust her into the public eye, where she relayed a message from spirit to avert a
suicide in progress. Since then, she continues to give channeled readings, while she teaches channeling and
healing both at her home in Arizona and at the Community College level.

Gifted in prophecy and problem
solving, she gives all types of readings both in person and on the phone for clients internationally to help them
achieve a better understanding of themselves and others. A channel is aperson who has chosen the spiritual path to
help mankind with their growth, solely by maintaining an ongoing connection and interaction with spirit, while
acting as a pipeline for that information and energy. Spirit can be an individual's guides who are assigned to
help them, or others, in the hierarchy of the light.
Joy Jenkins consults the Akashic Records. She channels her guides and yours, the Teaching
and Master Guides, the Elementals, the Archangels, the Seven Sisters and related energies, the Ascended Masters,
and the Council of the 101, as they wish to be heard on an individual basis. She also communicates with loved ones
that have passed over. It is all dependent on what is needed for the individual at that stage of their growth. A
channel is different from a psychic or clairvoyant. To be a channel, one must be both psychic and clairvoyant, but
must also put aside their own impressions to build a solid bridge between this world and the next. A channel
builds faith in God and spirit as well as giving specific information designed to assist the client as needed to
